About Me

An illustrated portrait in a warm, simple style, clearly a drawing, not a photograph

I’m Pete, an affiliate business entrepreneur, and this site is about building an online business with a solid long-term plan. I love helping people find their passion, and that is what I want the site to do for you. Some links on this site are affiliate links, which means I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Why I started

I wanted to prove that making money online is a solid opportunity for long-term residual income. Residual income is money that keeps coming in from work you did earlier, instead of stopping the day you stop working. An affiliate business is one way to build it, and this site is where I make that case.

A garden hose-style stream made literal: a small wooden water wheel beside a quiet creek at golden hour, still turning on its own while an empty folding chair sits on the bank, suggesting income that keeps flowing after the work is done. Warm amber light, soft green grass.

What you’ll find here

The focus is on building an online business with a long-term plan behind it. Your passion is the starting point, because a business built around something you care about is easier to keep working on over the years. Everything on this site is written to help you choose a direction and build something that lasts.

Who this is for

This site is for two groups of people:

Split scene on one desk: on the left, a commuter's travel mug, lanyard badge and gray office keys; on the right, a retiree's reading glasses, a cup of tea and a notebook open beside a laptop with a sunny window behind. Soft morning light, muted grays blending into warm yellows.
  • 9 to 5 workers who want a way out of the corporate grind and are looking at an online business as the route.
  • Retired people who want extra income, or several streams of income.

If you are in either group, the site is written with you in mind. If you are somewhere in between, you are welcome here too.

Where to start

Start with the Start Here page and read forward from there. Pick the topic closest to where you are now: finding what you would enjoy building a business around, or putting a long-term plan around an idea you already have.

A wooden signpost at a fork in a countryside path, with two blank arrow-shaped boards pointing in different directions, a worn trail leading toward distant rolling hills at sunrise. Fresh greens and soft peach sky.

If you want to look at a platform for building an online business of your own, here’s where to look.

I’m glad you’re here.

Pete
